Card Balance
Where do I find my card number?
Your 16-digit card number is printed on the front of your Vanilla Visa or Mastercard gift card.
Where is the CVV / security code?
The CVV is the 3-digit code on the back of your card, usually in the signature strip area.
Why does my card show a zero balance?
A zero balance can occur if the card hasn't been activated, the funds have been fully spent, or the card has expired. Check your original purchase receipt for activation details.
Why am I getting "Card details not found"?
Double-check your card number, expiry date, and CVV. Make sure there are no typos. If the issue persists, contact the card issuer directly.
Security & Privacy
Is it safe to enter my card details here?
Yes. All data is transmitted over 256-bit SSL encryption. We do not store your card number or CVV after the balance check is complete.
Do you store my card information?
No. Your card details are used only to query the card network in real-time. Once the balance is returned, your details are discarded and never written to a database.
